I’m excited by any opportunity to educate corporate employees, clinical professionals as well as my local community on how to sleep well! Based on my experience treating Insomnia, Anxiety, Nightmares, and PTSD both at the VA and in my own private practice, I find it fun and fulfilling to help others understand their natural sleep patterns, find what’s getting in the way of sleep, and learn strategies for re-training the brain for rest.
Small group workshops are especially fun as we get to learn together through the attendees’ personal experience.
I love when we have the space to tailor our conversation to the people in the room. It’s often easier and more fun to learn what works or what doesn’t work for creating a balanced, restful life by discussing what others have seen in their own lives. Attendees get to walk away with an individualized plan for what sleep and emotion wellness strategies they’d like to try, how they work, and where to start.

Wellness events or small group workshops can be a challenge to carve out time for, especially if attendees are required to leave the office for it or if your organization is a hybrid between in-office and work from home.
